Position Details

• Job Title: Operations Specialist
• Location: Warsaw (remote working options available)
• Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage the in-house Polish VAT workflow.
• Set up and maintain the local Polish returns/submission system.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with local partners in Poland.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken)
• Open to all genders and age groups
• A background in finance is preferred
• Outgoing and collaborative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
