Locations: Frankfurt am Main, Munich or Berlin

Your Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily operational activities at your location

• Help ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes

• Analyse operational KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement

• Support the optimisation of processes and workflows

• Coordinate operational topics with local and international teams

• Communicate regularly with Chinese- and English-speaking stakeholders

• Support capacity, resource and workforce planning

• Track operational issues and escalations

• Maintain relevant data, reports and documentation

• Contribute to new projects and the continued development of our operations in Germany

What You Bring

• A completed degree, vocational qualification or relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, transportation, e-commerce or a comparable field

• Initial experience in an operational environment is an advantage

• Very good written and spoken Mandarin

• Very good written and spoken English

• German language skills are a plus

• A structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style

• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel

• Openness to working in an international and fast-growing environment
