Weare seeking an experienced Online Store/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a contract and remote role for an Inside Sales Executive. In this position, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, generating leads, and nurturing strong relationships to drive sales opportunities from you will address client inquiries from our website, social media, SEO/SEM efforts, and EDM campaigns. You will identify client needs, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain clear communication throughout all sales cycles. Day-to-day activities may include making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals.You will also provide marketing and operational advice. The role involves minimal travel (up to 20 days per year), including client visits, trade show participation, and other business-related activities.

Qualifications:
  • Strongskills in Inside Sales and proven experience in Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively
  • CustomerService skills to ensure a positive client experience
  • Demonstratedability in sales and meeting targets 
  • Strongorganizational and time management skills 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a remote and independent setting
  • Proficiency in CRM software or related tools is a plus 
  • Priorexperience in inside sales or a related role is highly desirable

WorkSchedule: 
  • Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek .From Monday to Friday.
  • Workinghours: 8:00AMto5:00PM(including 60-minute lunch break).

Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in insidesales or customer service.
  • Strong backgroundin the sales of large-format digital printing product or print media.

Language Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.

Compensation:
  • Base Salary:----per month
  • Sales Commission----- (attractive performance-based incentives).

Location & Work Status:
  • Based in Holland or Nordrhen-Westfalen area of Germany with the option for remote work from home.Full-time position.

Training and Development:
Comprehensive product training provided by our experienced Product Development Engineers to ensure deep understanding of our offerings.Full support from cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance, to facilitate seamless collaboration and success in the role.
