Company IntroductionChina Cargo Airlines, is a cargo airline with its head office at Hongqiao International Airport in Shanghai, People's Republic of China. It is China's first all-cargo airlines operating dedicated freight services using China Eastern Airlines route structure. 
China Cargo Airlines was established on 18 August 1998. It was founded as, and remains, a joint venture between China Eastern Airlines and China Ocean Shipping. It is a member of SkyTeam Cargo.
It has operating bases both at Hongqiao and Pudong airports. China Cargo has its own transportation capacity of 19 Boeing 777F, all-cargo aircraft, and also operates the belly hold resources of more than 700 passenger aircraft of China Eastern Airlines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy & Business Planning 
  1. Analyse local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop and implement annual marketing strategies and action plans.
  2. Establish and maintain market intelligence systems to provide insights for product and service optimisation.
  •  Customer Development & Sales Management 
  1. Lead the acquisition and development of key accounts and strategic partners, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  2. Drive sales performance by supporting target setting, monitoring progress, and improving overall commercial outcomes.
  • Revenue Optimisation & Channel Management 
  1. Monitor revenue performance and support pricing and capacity optimisation strategies.
  2. Develop and manage sales channels, including agents, digital platforms, and direct customers, to improve channel efficiency and contribution.
  • Brand & Market Development
  1.  Execute brand promotion initiatives and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning in Europe.
  • Other Responsibilities 
  1.  Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in aviation marketing, sales, or commercial management, with proven leadership experience.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Mandarin preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
  • Strong data analysis and information processing skills, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Familiarity with Chinese business culture is an advantage.
