Management Trainee 2026 (R&D)

职位描述：

计划通过两年左右的多部门轮岗，通过定制化培训和多样化工作项目增长才干，帮助新生代员工成为能够参与中国区新产品技术研发项目的技术人才。

The plan is to help the new generation of employees to become technical talents who can participate in new product technology development projects in China through multi-departmental rotations for about two years, customised training and diversified work projects to grow their talents.

招聘要求Requirtment：
1. 2025、2026年应届硕士毕业生，专业方向：机械设计制造及其自动化、材料科学与工程、材料成型与控制、测控技术与仪器、工业设计、车辆工程等工科相关专业；

2.学习成绩优异、英文优秀；
3.较强的动手能力及逻辑分析能力；
4.熟练UG, Creo, solidworks, Pro/E, Catia等3D绘图软件，可以熟练绘制2D & 3D图，熟悉工程制图，互换性与技术测量，机械设计以及工程材料等基础知识，熟悉冲压模具和注塑模具相关知识；

5.良好的沟通表达能力、组织协调能力及团队协作精神。
1. Fresh master's degree graduates in 2025 and 2026, majoring in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation, Materials Science and Engineering, Materials Forming and Control, Measurement and Control Technology and Instrumentation, Industrial Design, Vehicle Engineering, and other engineering related majors;

2. Excellent academic performance and excellent English;

3. Strong hands-on ability and logical analysis ability;

4.Skilled in 3D drawing software such as UG, Creo, solidworks, Pro/E, Catia, etc., can skillfully draw 2D & 3D drawings, familiar with engineering drawing, interchangeability and technical measurements, mechanical design and engineering materials, etc., familiar with stamping molds and injection molds and related knowledge;

5.Good communication skills, organization and coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
