Logistics Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Truck Dispatch: Manage and coordinate fleet resources.

• Warehouse Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with warehouse colleagues to arrange cargo storage.

• Cargo Receiving and Sorting: Assist in unpacking and checking arriving containers.

• Order Processing: Confirm cargo status and place outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Data Recording: Maintain and organize delivery cargo lists and related data.

• Assist other departments with temporary tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to effectively manage fleet resources.

• Ability to strictly adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure orderly truck dispatch operations.
