It employs 30,000 staff members worldwide. Job responsibilities
  • Demand & Planning Management
  1. Develop production and logistics plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders
  2. Conduct Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and monitor inventory levels
  3. Optimize inventory structure to balance safety stock and turnover
  • Supply Chain Coordination
  1. Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse and transportation to ensure on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery 
  2. Monitor supplier lead times and manage delay risks
  3. Act as cross-functional liaison to resolve planning deviations
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  1. KPI Analyze KPIs such as inventory turnover and delivery performance
  2. Prepare regular logistics and inventory analysis reports
  3. Maintain master data and order information in ERP system (e.g., SAP)
  • Transportation & International Logistics
  1. Arrange domestic and international transportation (sea, air, road)
  2. Familiar with Incoterms issued by International Chamber of Commerce 
  3. Coordinate with logistics service providers and control transportation costs

Qualifications, Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field 

Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics planning or supply chain (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Experience in manufacturing or renewable energy industry is a plus

Professional Skills

  • Good understanding of MRP logic and inventory management
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

Language Skills
  • Good command of German and English
  • Chinese language skills (Non-essential conditions)
