Logistics Operator (Full-time)

Position: Logistics Operator
Location: Düsseldorf; Essen
Department: Logistics/Supply Chain ManagementReporting to: Logistics Manager, Project ManagerPosition type: Full-time
Job Description:The core responsibility of this position is to monitor and manage the company's logistics operations, including tracking orders, handling customer inquiries and maintaining the accuracy of supply chain data. We expect you to excel in a fast-paced work environment and ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses and transportation companies to resolve logistics related issues.
• Update and maintain order information in the logistics system to ensure data accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide order status updates.
• Prepare and review logistics related documents such as shipping documents and invoices.
• Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and cost control.
• Report exceptions to supervisor in a timely manner and make suggestions for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, foreign language or related field preferred.
• Work experience in logistics or related field is preferred.
• Familiar with logistics operation and supply chain management process.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills and able to deal with customers and suppliers effectively.
• Proficient in the use of logistics management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment with problem solving skills.
• Fluent communication skills in English or German
