Job Description:The Warehouse Supervisor stationed at the VMI warehouse is required to collaborate closely with warehouse suppliers, actively participate in driving the company's product production plans and quality control in the warehouse. Ensuring efficient operations and smooth management of the VMI warehouse, this presents a unique opportunity for you to become a crucial part of the future development and decarbonization process in the electric vehicle industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Guiding tests, charging operations, and BMS program updates for Lithium-ion batteries in the warehouse to ensure the safety and reliability of operations.
  • Maintain close communication with the project team, timely convey shipping and inventory information, ensuring the stability of the supply chain.
  • Schedule warehouse production based on customer demands, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
  • Ensure outgoing products meet quality standards, promptly address and report any quality issues.
  • Provide training and support on warehouse operations to VMI warehouse suppliers and the warehouse team.
  • Participate in setting and evaluating KPIs for the VMI warehouse, ensuring operational goals are met.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in VMI warehouse management and operational processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as Logistics Engineering, Logistics Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related areas.
  • Preferably with work experience in the automotive supply chain industry.
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong resilience, and willing to travel.
