Start your new career with Sanhua Automotive as a: Responsibilities: 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the automotive industry. Understand their business objectives and work collaboratively to deliver value-added solutions. 
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to clients regarding our products and services. Understand industry trends and how they impact our clients' businesses.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. 
  • Lead contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Collaborate with the legal team as needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the automotive industry. Share insights with the broader team to inform business strategy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales or account management, with a focus on the automotive industry. Proven track record of success in managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities. 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Understanding of automotive industry products, technologies, and trends.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or German.
