XYZ Robotics is a global leader in the development of fully autonomous robot recognition and manipulation. As a pioneer in Mobile Manipulation Robotics (MMR), we leverage state-of-the-art embodied AI—including 3D vision, motion planning, and reinforcement learning—to overcome the biggest challenges in logistics: automated truck loading/unloading and order picking. Founded in 2018, the company is headquartered in Shanghai and has global offices in the US, Germany, Japan, and South Korea. To date, XYZ Robotics has raised over $100 million in funding. We transform the warehouse loading dock from a manual bottleneck into a highly efficient, automated gateway. Responsibilities:1. Lead and optimize the entire lifecycle of robotics projects—including project initiation, scheduling, progress tracking, resource coordination, and final delivery.2. Orchestrate cross-departmental collaboration; coordinate closely with R&D, Testing, and other teams to ensure tight alignment between client requirements, proposed solutions, and delivery timelines.3. Manage project plans and risks; organize regular project meetings, phase reviews, and milestone acceptance sessions to ensure high-quality project delivery.4. Engage in efficient communication with clients, translating their requirements into practical and feasible technical solutions.5. Guide and refine client requirements, helping clients gain a comprehensive understanding of the robotics products and their capabilities.6. Participate in product presentations and training sessions; demonstrate the ability to articulately explain products and solutions to clients.
