ICBC Frankfurt Branch is also the Euro Clearing Center of ICBC Group. We’re currently looking for: Full-Time
Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (on-site)

Responsibilities and tasks: 
  • Management of archives and document, responsible for setting the relevant guidelines.
  • Centralize and manage credit files and records.
  • Translate important official letters, internal and external documents, and business correspondence among Chinese, English, and German.
  • Organize, classify, and preserve physical & digital archives.
  • Responsible for ORGA and internal regulations publication management.
  • Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records ensuring timely updates in HR systems.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external events.
  • Manage office security and office safety systems.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support.

Qualifications and skills:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification/training in Business Administration, Language Studies, Archive Management, or Administrative Management.
  • Experience in HR, administration, or document management.
  • Fluency in German, English and Chinese.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
