We support companies in the legally compliant execution of projects in China and Europe, combining technical expertise with legal competence.

INTERN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & IT-COMPLIANCE IN CONSULTING (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting our project managers in projects with a focus on intellectual property, cyber security, IT compliance, and data protection

• Conducting research (DE/EN/CN) on current legal developments and IT compliance requirements in China and Europe

• Preparing texts, analyses, and presentations

• Processing and structuring statutory IT compliance requirements in cooperation with Chinese colleagues, as well as contributing to the development of strategies for implementing Chinese IT security regulations

• Planning and coordinating audits of our clients’ IP and data protection processes and systems in China

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled student in the field of data protection, law, business informatics, or a related discipline (You should remain enrolled for at least one more year to be eligible for subsequent employment as a working student)

• Native Chinese speaker; very good German and English skills are an advantage

• Interest in international legal, compliance, and IT-related topics

The internship is open to students only and is limited to 3 months. An extension as a working student is possible.
