Brief description of the position:

Primary interface for the vehicle integration test team, guiding technical execution alongside other test roles. Coordinates cross-group collaboration to ensure timely planning, execution, and review of tests per VW standards. Owns end-to-end accountability and delivery for test deliverables and alignment with project milestones.

Key Tasks:

  • Creation, review and tracking of the test plans on system integration level
  • Planning and coordinating of system integration tests
  • Consolidation of test results
  • Attendance in Project-Rounds for collecting HW/SW release plannings and vehicle project information.
  • Identification and handling of product and project risks inside if the test plan
  • Evaluation of the impacts in case of changes like delays or HW/SW adaptations with summarized providing of recommendations for action to the integration test team
  • Collecting and processing of consolidated test results, test coverages, error status, Functional experiences,...
  • Participation inside of the statements and release recommendations

Qualification and skills required for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Project management professional certification (PMP) preferred
  • Agile work methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Agile teams, PRINCE2,...) preferred
  • ISTQB FL are preferred
  • Good ability in communicating in English and Chinese is must
  • Good ability in organization is must
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • Basic know-How on New energy vehicles preferred
  • Basic Know-How on Intelligent vehicle preferred
