Brief description of the position:

The Position Holder (PH)is is obliged to provide IAM Services to related systems and applications. This role involves participate the defining IAM Strategy and designing IAM solutions, implementing IAM projects and maintaining IAM solutions, responsible for continuous improvement to ensure the secure, efficient, and stable operation of IAM.

Key Tasks:

  • Participate IAM strategy definition to ensure secure and efficient Identity and access management in accordance with IT Strategy.
  • Responsible for implementation of IAM projects including but not limited to Authentication Systems, Authorization systems, Directory Services, PAM and Cloud IAM Services. 
  • Maintaining and optimizing Identity Management and Access control operation processes.
  • Integration IAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as HR systems, directories and cloud platforms.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to the business stakeholders and understand their core business processes, business priorities which can be enhanced using IAM solutions to support business success.
  • Respond to IAM-related incidents, investigate and analyze and provide recommendations for remediation, address vulnerabilities and improve IAM processes.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and regularly assess the organization's IAM risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential threats.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • Proficient in IAM tools and technologies, including identity provisioning, access management, and privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve IAM-related issues.
