Your Responsibilities
• You take the hybrid concept lead function in the region China and Interface to our “VWPlatform”;
• You are responsible to develop suitable HEV concepts fitting in our VW car structure suitable for the Chinese market;
• You need to understand the logic and metrology of hybrid concept evaluation in the headquarter;
• You are in charge of HEV Concept analyzing and benchmarking of Chinese competitors;
• You should support supplier scouting.

Required Qualification
• Education: Bachelor degree or above
• Work experience in the automotive sector for min. 4 years;
• Deep technical background for HEV concepts with main focus on the hybrid gearbox;
• Deep knowledge in how the systems (hybrid and car) interact together
• Fluent English language skills is needed, good German skills is a plus
