Start your new career with Sanhua Automotive as a: Responsibilities: 
  • Manage employees’ attendance records, including working hours, leave, and overtime; ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations; generate attendance reports
  • Coordinate the full onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding procedures
  • Maintenance of employee information and prepare HR report
  • Prepare and issue employment-related documents 
  • Liaising with headquarters HR to handle relevant matters, such like communicate and implement corporate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives; provide feedback and updates to ensure consistency across regions
  • Collaborate with the HR team in Poland to support cross-border HR matters, including expatriate management, international assignments, and compliance with Polish labor law; contribute to global HR projects and initiatives
  • Visa Application Assistance 
  • Management of HR regulation

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee data and HR-related matters
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, international environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR management systems; ability to generate and analyze HR reports for decision-making
