Position Overview

We are seeking 5 high-potential Finance Graduate Trainees to join our core financial team. This fast-track development program is designed to cultivate future financial leaders through immersive rotations in budget management, cost accounting, and strategic investment analysis. You will work closely with Business teams to drive financial excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Budgeting & Analysis: Support comprehensive budget management and conduct in-depth financial operations analysis.
2. Cost Management: Participate in cost accounting processes and the development of standard cost models.
3. Financial Operations: Engage in daily accounting, asset management, and tax compliance activities.
4. Strategic Analysis: Collaborate on and draft investment feasibility studies, including ROI and economic benefit analysis for company technical transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Solid foundation in financial principles, professional ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Familiarity with Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS), tax regulations, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Eager to learn and capable of thriving in a fast-paced corporate environment.
