Finance Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including revenue, cost, and expense recording
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
• Provide financial analysis and support business decision-making
• Handle German tax filings (e.g., VAT returns) and ensure full compliance with local regulations
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate closely with the headquarters finance team to implement global finance policies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of accounting experience; experience in Germany preferred
• Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and tax regulations
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, DATEV, or QuickBooks
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Chinese and German is mandatory, with professional working proficiency in English.
