  • Identify and contact suitable suppliers based on procurement requirements; assist in supplier evaluation and registration.
  • Handle daily procurement operations, including inquiries, price comparisons, order placement, order follow-up, and receipt confirmation.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining the supplier information database, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Monitor order delivery progress and coordinate to resolve issues related to delivery time, quality, and quantity to ensure timely supply.
  • Assist the procurement supervisor in communicating with suppliers on pricing and payment terms; participate in drafting and executing contracts.
  • Support material needs from R&D, production, and quality departments to ensure smooth progress of project procurement.
  • Assist in tracking outsourced parts production and delivery; cooperate with the quality department for quality control.
  • Complete other procurement and administrative support tasks assigned by supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED职位要求:

  • Completed relevant vocational training in Germany or holds a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Excellent German/English skills, capable of handling inquiries and price comparisons.
  • Familiar with procurement processes and terminology; possesses basic knowledge of contracts and supply chain management.
  • Responsible and detail-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills; able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel and other office software; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
