Development Implementation Engineer

Main Responsibilities1) Work with product team and RD team to correctly define new products, debug new products in-house and at customer site2) Support Automation lab & suppliers to perform new product test, e.g., functional test, performance test
3) Collect the main technical style and monitor industry trends, and feedback technology iteration information to product team and RD team to make sure our technology leading the market4) Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of competitor products, and do SWOT analysis to products5) Collect and accumulate application cases of our products, and recommend customer the successful application cases, and guide customers properly using our products, especially new products6) Be responsible for calling technical disclosure meeting with RD team, transfer all technical documents to RD team for further design work, and work with RD team to debug special products in house (if necessary)7) Prepare product documents of products and systems for customers (e.g. operation and maintenance manual, field debugging outline), provide field debugging service to customers, and unusually follow and collect customer feedback, especially focus on new developed products (I/O, controller, etc.)8) Work with the sales team for strengthening/building customer intimacy, and to dig new opportunities from a technical point of view, provide full solutions to customers9) Deeply focus on group strategic verticals, learn and accumulate knowledge and expertise and have the capacity to give training to internal and external customers10) Provide professional technical consulting services to sales team and customers

Qualifications / requirements:1) Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation engineering or Electrical & Electronic related fields.2) 10+ years of working experience in E&E area with Electrical & Electronic Engineering background.3) 5+ years of working experience in both automation products debugging (e.g., I/O, PLC, IPC, HMI, Switch) and technical support or application or service or product development.4) Proficient in using mainstream PLCs, IPCs, and other common testing instruments.5) Multi-disciplined experiences are required in mechanical and electrical components and application.6) Travel: position requires significant travel around APAC, including direct customer/OEM engagement, direct interaction with product teams and interacting with commercial teams and OEMs.
