We Are Hiring a Dedicated Customer Service Representative

to join our team in Hoppstädten-Weiersbach. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our international business activities.

Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Written and verbal communication in German
• Providing customer service via phone and in person
• General administrative tasks and office management
• Welcoming and assisting guests/customers and maintaining good relationships
• Maintaining and updating databases and records
• Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Scanning, archiving, and organizing documents for entry into the computer system

Job Requirements:

• Native-level German or C1 proficiency
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills in Chinese
• Driver’s license required
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and conscientious
• Committed to high-quality work standards
• Independent, meticulous, and structured work style
• Strong execution, communication, and coordination skills
