Role Overview:

The Country Operations Manager – Netherlands will be responsible for the overall management of the Dutch entity, covering local logistics operations, warehousing, customs and compliance coordination, team management, and support of local business development.

This role plays a key part in building a stable, compliant, and scalable operation in the Netherlands and supporting the company’s long-term growth in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations in the Netherlands, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee customs and regulatory coordination, working closely with customs brokers and relevant authorities to ensure smooth import and export processes
  • Build, develop, and manage the local team, including defining organizational structure, roles, and operational standards
  • Support local business development and customer solutions by providing strong operational expertise and market insight
  • Contribute to local planning, budgeting, and future development in alignment with the group’s overall strategy

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehouse operations within the Netherlands
  • Solid understanding of Dutch and EU logistics, customs, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience working in an international or cross-border organization
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills


Language Requirements:

  • Dutch or English:: Fluent
  • Chinese (Mandarin): Professional working proficiency
