【Job Description】

1. Client Consulting and Customized Solutions

Provide consulting services in business strategy, process optimization, and solution development. Analyze clients’ specific business needs and deliver high-quality, tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include data analysis, client interviews, and project presentations.

2. Continuous Learning and Professional Development

Quickly acquire essential consulting skills and industry knowledge. Continuously develop professional expertise and efficiently execute project tasks.

3. Business Consulting and Project Management

Work across various consulting areas, including business strategy, case studies, data analysis, requirements gathering and analysis, functional and process design, change management, and project management.

4. Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies

Explore the application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and big data in industrial settings. Participate in smart manufacturing, digital transformation, and AI-driven solution projects, developing innovative solutions based on clients’ business needs.

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a leading university in China or an overseas institution.

2. Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

3. Strong learning agility, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to identifying, analyzing, and solving problems.

4. Strong resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.

5. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and across different functions.

6. Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with CET-6 certification or equivalent English proficiency.

7. Willingness and flexibility to undertake frequent and extended business trips.
