Assistant Solution Engineer

Job Requirement:

1. Cater to customer needs and formulate a complete system solution; 2. Actively visit customers, receive their visits, independently create communication presentation materials, and conduct customer presentations and technical exchanges; 3. Understand customer needs, guide/lead the feasibility study design and technical guidance of customer projects; 4. Compile and refine the complete set of technical materials for the products and solutions; 5. Participate in company project bidding, including interpretation of technical requirements and standards, on-site inspections, preparation of bid documents, and answering questions regarding the bids. 6. Support marketing activities such as exhibitions and forums and provide on-site support; 7. Collect and research market demands, and obtain information on various competing products; 

Qualifications for the position:

1. Relevant majors such as automation control, mechanical engineering, power electronics, and communication, with a bachelor's degree or above; 2. Have a certain understanding of the photovoltaic industry, and be familiar with the basic knowledge of components, supports, inverters and the entire photovoltaic power station system within the factory area. 3. Familiar with the domestic bidding process, bid document preparation, technical responses, and bidding matters; 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, information gathering ability, and the ability to identify customer needs; 5. Excellent skills in writing Chinese/English materials, as well as in written expression and public speaking; 6. Proficient in using CAD and office software.
