AI Process Optimization Intern
Introduction:Assist in the intelligent transformation of business processes, delving into the application of AI technologies in process optimization, including but not limited to:
Developing process automation (RPA) tools based on machine learning and data analysis.
Leveraging AI algorithms (e.g., classification, clustering, time series forecasting) to optimize intelligent decision-making systems in scenarios such as supply chain, finance, and HR.
Using process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) combined with AI models to diagnose business bottlenecks and generate optimization recommendations.
Participating in real-world cases of enterprise digital transformation involving AI deployment, exploring the application of large language models (LLM) in process document processing.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Science, Statistics, or related fields.
Proficient in Python programming, familiar with data analysis libraries like Pandas/NumPy, and understand basic machine learning concepts (e.g., supervised learning, feature engineering).
Strong interest in AI-driven process optimization, with experience in SQL/Excel data processing. Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath) or low-code platforms is a plus.
Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or office automation logic, with the ability to quickly grasp business process rules.
Detail-oriented, with an internship period of ≥3 months, and available ≥4 days per week. Passionate about proactively learning AI technologies.
Fluent in English, capable of reading cutting-edge technical papers.
Published top-tier conference papers or patents in the field of AI.
Deep understanding of AI ethics and sustainable development.
