Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the research and development of algorithm components such as autonomous driving scene segmentation/semantic segmentation/object detection, providing algorithm solutions that meet autonomous driving requirements.
  2. Responsible for training/inference/testing of scene annotation models to ensure the performance and stability of the scene annotation module.
  3. Responsible for scene annotation and demo production to showcase the performance and advantages of algorithms.
  4. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the automated toolchain for scene annotation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of scene annotation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, vehicle engineering, transportation, control, mathematics, physics, or related fields (currently enrolled).
  2. Strong programming foundation, proficient in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, C/C++, SQL, JavaScript.
  3. Familiar with autonomous driving perception algorithm research, proficient in the principles and code implementation of scene segmentation/semantic segmentation/object detection and other scene annotation-related algorithms.
  4. Proficient in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow, experience with optimization tools like TensorRT is preferred.
  5. Familiar with Linux development environment, proficient in development languages such as C++/Python.
  6. Preference for those who have published papers in fields such as deep learning/machine learning/computer vision.
  7. Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and learning capability.
  8. Familiar with common computer vision and image processing libraries such as OpenCV/Pycocotools, experience in autonomous driving perception algorithm development is preferred.
  9. Experience in end-to-end deep learning model training/inference/testing is preferred.
  10. Familiar with C++/Python development, experience in autonomous driving perception algorithm research/development is preferred.
  11. Good communication skills, proficiency in English/German is a plus.
