Responsibilities
  1. Perform testing for game projects, including reviewing design documents, creating test cases, developing and executing test plans, and ensuring the quality of game builds and releases.

  2. Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of testing processes. Proactively identify issues, implement improvements, and communicate progress and results effectively.

  3. Enhance existing testing methodologies and tools and integrate them into day-to-day workflows to improve testing quality and efficiency, ultimately contributing to a higher-quality player experience.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.

  2. Familiarity with software development and testing lifecycles, with a strong command of test case design methodologies.

  3. Strong execution skills and the ability to perform well under pressure. A genuine passion for game testing, with a proactive approach to providing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  4. A strong sense of ownership and teamwork, with effective communication and collaboration skills, a quality-focused mindset, and a willingness to solve problems.

  5. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Lua, C#, C++, or Go, with the ability to develop testing solutions or supporting tools and a commitment to good coding practices.
