1. 行业洞察:了解行业的发展阶段和趋势，掌握宏观政策和标准，梳理客户典型需求，掌握客户和项目机会
2. 行业营销:制定行业销售举措，组织内部销售团队对客户和项目进行高效覆盖，确保产出最大化
3. 行业应用:结合行业及客户应用需求，联合各产品部门制定方案，打造行业典型方案
4. 行业生态:为应对市场竞争和变化，通过生态圈建设确保行业业务可持续稳步增长

1. 全域行业格局塑造：立足全国视角俯瞰细分赛道，深度洞察企业战略、伙伴生态与施家核心产品壁垒，快速构建稀缺行业认知与话语权
2. 多元职业发展路径：可向一线销售转型，或成长为架构师、产品方案专家；亦可深耕本岗，实现前后端能力贯通与跨部门核心岗位横向跃迁
