算法工程师

岗位职责:

1. 负责研究新算法，改进现有算法，提升系统性能或解决特定问题;
2. 负责分析和建模，支持算法的优化和改进，为业务决策提供数据参考;
3. 将算法研究成果转化为实际产品功能，参与算法产品的设计和实现过程;
4. 编写设计文档、说明文档等，确保算法产品的可维护性和可扩展性;
5. 为其他团队成员提供算法技术支持，解答算法相关的技术问题。

任职资格

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业;
2. 熟练掌握C/C++和Python编程语言，及Linux虚拟机使用技术;熟悉IoT应用知识，如Flask，Django或Vue/Spring Boot,或者边缘计算硬件平台如树莓派等优先;
3. 对人工智能在工业界落地应用具有兴趣，具有扎实的数学基础，尤其是概率与数理统计理论基础，了解神经网络的基本工作原理，具有神经网络项目经验者优先。有边缘计算或云计算经验者优先;
4. 有较好的团队合作意识，能够积极主动地完成相关工作。
