  • On-site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of PV inverters for overseas projects.
  • Solve problems encountered by customers during the installation process.
  • Solve problems encountered by customers in the later use of the process.
  • Support for after-sales engineers as well as agents.
  • Remote or on-site support for specific problems encountered by overseas engineers or agents.
  • Compile a list of frequently asked questions and send it to the relevant people to learn and refer to. 
  • Summarize the problems encountered in the after-sales service process and feedback to the relevant departments for improvement.
  • Summarize after-sales process issues and assist the after-sales department to improve the after-sales process. 
  • Responsible for recording and filing of after-sales service work.
  • Summary of various documents such as weekly reports, remote service records, etc.
  • Training for dealers.
  • Training for installers as well as other customers.
  •  Performs other tasks as assigned by leadership. 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in automation/electronics/electrical or other related fields.
  • Must have at least one year of relevant full-time work experience.
  • Independent, purposeful and accountable way of working. 
  • Proficient and fluent in English and German; Have a strong sense of customer service. 
  • Good communication and execution skills and a team player. Adaptable to extended travel.
