Werkstudent/Working Student (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities:

Support SCM team to manage international business.
Collaborate with our Sales and Supply teams to ensure business continuity.
Work closely with our Supply Chain Team to ensure business success Creation of general documents: sales documents, internal presentations.
Documentation and check the proforma invoice Create order according to sales managers and customers request.
Posting hard copy invoices and following for some customers.
Following sales opportunities and new leads in company internal CRM.
Keep track of business KPI’s and customer-specific reports (sales, distribution, price realization etc.) 
Sales Forecast and Demand Planning support 

Qualifications：

Preferred fields of study: Business / International Trade / Information Technology or a university of applied sciences.
High degree of initiative, curiosity, flexibility and creativity.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, capacity to work proactively 
Excellent multicultural skills
Proficiency in computer skills: MS Office advanced level (Excel, Powerpoint..etc) 
Know how to present and sell your ideas 
Language: German absolutely required, English desired
