Warehouse Supervisor

Job responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate document entry and supervision of products to and from the warehouse
• Responsible for the overall work of the warehouse and day-to-day management of the warehouse tasks, coordination between various functional departments
• Management allocation of all incoming and outgoing circulation transactions in the warehouse, coordination and release of daily tasks
• Responsible for the daily maintenance and finishing arrangements of warehouse products, timely inspection of inventory items and handling damaged products
• Development and implementation of procurement and replenishment plans
• Regular summarizing and writing of various warehouse logistics management reports

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and above
• Management experience in warehousing and logistics-related areas is preferred
• Familiarity with logistics management business processes
• Familiarity with diverse warehouse management software
• Good communication and negotiation skills, team management skills, independent working ability, ability to work under pressure
• Ability to think logically, be good at summarizing and structuring
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, German. Chinese is preferred
