Your Tasks:

  • Develop your personal and professional skills on an exciting, international and challenging path through the program
  • Improve your leadership and management skills in different departments
  • Focus on your strengths and talents through individual coaching and trainings
  • Take on responsibility in several cross-functional projects
  • Take charge of your personalized and structured development and career path through constant exchange with your career sponsor and HR
  • Get to know every facet of the company and the business model of Jungheinrich
  • Build a global network through interdisciplinary events with other JIG-Participants and colleagues from all over the world

Your Profile:

  • A degree (or near completion) in Logistics Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable studies  
  • Relevant internships,knowledge or experience in intralogistics is a plus
  • Fluent Chinese and English
  • Ideally, intercultural experience, for example through a stay abroad
  • Mobility, commitment, a proactive approach, creativity and an authentic appearance
  • Communication skills and a positive outlook on team work
