Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, day-to-day management and optimization of Google Search, Shopping ads and GDN Campaigns, making recommendations on improving campaign performance;
  • Utilize various traffic channels of e-commerce, formulate traffic operation goals and strategies according to market characteristics, and allocate resources to maximize the value of traffic;
  • Based on characteristics of different traffic channels, improve conversion rate, reduce costs and improve ROI;
  • Promoting BD cooperation, including traffic resource exchange, links construction, etc., bringing new users and conversions to our business.
  • Adjust the marketing and traffic strategy through data analysis and provide analysis results and reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and teamwork skills, good at coordinating all parties to achieve common business goals;
  • Goal-oriented working attitude, meticulous and pragmatic, able to deeply understand the traffic characteristics and strategies of each market;
  • Sensitive to data, strong in logical thinking and data analysis ability, able to understand the fluctuation of various indicators and make correct adjustments accordingly;
  • Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Relevant experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing, those who understand traffic channels such as Google Ads, affiliate marketing, SEO or Social Media advertising are preferred, and those who have a good understanding of e-commerce marketing indicators and KPIs are preferred;
  • Fluent in English, a second foreign language is preferred.
