  1. Responsible for the establishment of local technical support teams, including pre -sale, after -sales service, hotline and maintenance functions
  2. Responsible for designing and formulating the work assessment of the local technical team KPI and supervising the execution  
  3. Responsible for arranging technical training for pre -sale and after -sales to the team member
  4. Assist sales for business development and business goal achievement by providing technical support

  1. More than 5 years tech support working experience.
  2. Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
  3. Computer literate: knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Power Point.
  4. Knowledge of PV system design tools such as PVsol, PVsyst, OpenSolar would be useful.
  5. Full UK clean driving licence.
