System Application Engineer / Field Application Engineer

Position: System Applications Engineer
Job Description

1. Product Definition
   1.1 Drive product conceptualization phases by owning customer requirements and product competitiveness
   1.2 Collaborate with technical marketing engineers, design engineers, and test engineers to conduct technical feasibility analysis while identifying key market differentiators
   1.3 Lead/participate in key account co-development projects, ensuring technical viability of customized solutions through alignment with client technical experts on commercial ROI, IP portfolio development, and manufacturing capabilities

2. Roadmap Planning
   2.1 Support technical marketing engineers in developing product roadmaps for specific business segments
   2.2 Partner with design engineers to formulate technology roadmaps

3. Project & Product Lifecycle Management
   3.1 Assist or act as project manager to ensure timely delivery of development initiatives
   3.2 Serve as product architect throughout lifecycle management, owning customer issue resolution and technical support

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Technical Competencies:

1. Expert-level hardware/software circuit knowledge

2. Familiarity with relevant process technologies

3. Deep understanding of customer application scenarios and system architectures

4. Working knowledge of IC design fundamentals

5. Understanding of IPD (Integrated Product Development) processes

   2.2 Develop account penetration strategies with sales teams through technical insights
