The DICT Center - Europe Region is now actively seeking talented Solution Manager (m/f/x) base in Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area to join us. We look forward to working together and unlocking the boundless possibilities of the future of technology!

Responsibilities

Solution Design and Technical Consultation

  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Design and propose ICT solutions, including network infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise communication systems.
  • Provide technical consultation and advice to customers, ensuring solutions are optimized for their specific requirements.

Pre-Sales Support

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support sales opportunities by providing technical expertise.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to customers.
  • Develop detailed technical proposals and solutions architecture documents.

Tender and Proposal Development

  • Assist in the preparation of tender responses, including technical specifications, solution designs, and cost estimates.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical aspects of the proposal meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Conduct site visits and technical workshops to better understand customer environments and tailor solutions accordingly.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and service delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and can be delivered effectively.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT & Telecom market
  • Profound technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN, especially familiar with Enterprise ICT, Cloud and IDC are preferred
  • Experience in ICT pre-sales support or related is an advantage
  • Experience to work in overseas countries is a plus
  • Good project management skill and communication skill
  • Excellent self-motived team player and quick adapt to dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
