Job Description:

  1. Develop solid electrolyte materials, including the design of new electrolyte materials and the composition and structure of solid electrolytes based on solid-state battery performance requirements;
  2. Explore the structure-performance relationships between the components and functions of solid electrolytes, build an understanding of solid electrolytes, and achieve targeted optimization of solid electrolytes;
  3. Investigate low-cost synthesis routes and scalable methods for solid electrolytes to achieve high-efficiency preparation.


Job Requirements:

  1. Ph.D. degree;
  2. Relevant fields such as Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or related disciplines;
  3. CET-6 level English proficiency; support for English in the workplace preferred;
  4. Research background in all-solid-state batteries, solid electrolytes, and materials synthesis and characterization preferred;
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, interpersonal sensitivity, logical thinking, and teamwork awareness.
