Simulation Engineer- Modeling for Vehicle Dynamics Simulation (HiL)

Your tasks:
Your tasks consist of conceptualizing, developing and validating such test environments including:

• Creation and maintenance of simulation models for a complete vehicle.
• Modeling of restbus, I/O, behavioral models, etc.
• Creation, testing and integration of virtual ECUs.
• Issuing model releases of different categories.
• Model commissioning and verification of the test environment.
• Detailed documentation and model management.

Your skills:

• Master or above with major in automotive engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or information technology, abroad education experience is preferred.
•  Experience in the field of HiL testing or comparable component tests, the modeling of simulation models
• Experience with dSPACE systems (PHS, Scalexio) and confident handling of modeling tools, especially Matlab/Simulink
• Knowledge of HiL vehicle networking and chassis systems/functions
• Knowledge of bus systems (CAN, LIN, Flexray, Automotive Ethernet) and programming language (Python, VBA).
• Fluent written and spoken language skills in English, German is a plus.
• Soft skills & Attitude: Interest in the development of future-oriented technologies in the automotive field, initiative and flexibility as well as enjoyment of working in an international team and customer-oriented and confident appearance.
