Your Responsibilities


  • Maintain calendars and schedules

  • Handling incoming calls, receiving guests

  • Compile the attendance records and keep track on all overtime record and leave application record

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences

  • Assists with planning functions such as personnel, budget

  • Support the communication with other departments

  • Implement and maintain office systems, manage office supplies


Our Requirements


  • Bachelor degree or above, major in language or Business Administration related

  • Around 1-2 years’ relevant secretarial work experience preferred

  • Strong language skills in both German and English (verbal and written)

  • Good knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Power Point and MS Word

  • Good team player as being initiative, positive and be able to handle the challenge.

  • Can work under high pressure and good executive/ multiple task management skills

  • Independent, pro-active and initiating working ability

  • Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.

  • Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if something goes wrong.
