Tianma Microelectroncis has a subsidiary in Europe since 2004 already. Tianma Europe is 100% responsible for sales, marketing, quality and logistic support of Tianma’s LCDs in Europe. It provides a wide range of display solutions, including professional LCD TFTs, passive LCDs and capacitive touch displays. Combining world-class technology with Tianma’s state-of-the-art facilities, it offers high quality products to it’s customers in multiple markets including automotive, medical and industrial.

In the course of a succession planning in our European Corporate Planning Team based in Düsseldorf we intend to offer an intense onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and are therefore looking for a highly motivated


SCM Assistant (f/m)



  • Responsible in demand/supply planning

  • Performs supply chain functions including forecast, production planning and procurement

  • Purchasing POs control to factories

  • Delivery trace: delivery from factory, in-coming to our warehouse, schedule to sales

  • Demand & Forecast to factories by coordination with sales

  • Negotiation and coordination with factories and/or sales for deliveries

  • Finding solutions, execute and evaluate results vs. targets

  • Elaboration of action-oriented recommendations and strategies

Maintain inventory targets and parameters within ERP- system and in excel, and monitor actual inventory levels vs. targets (in cooperation with locally based logistics, commercial functions and HQ Supply planning team). Provide Supply Planning with mid and long-term requirements for the items under own responsibility and recommend actions in case of issues.




  • Degree in business administration or a commercial education or similar with minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, planning or operation

  • Knowledge of import and customs formalities

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Drive for results and quality oriented

  • Ability to deal with complexity and manage ambiguity

  • Pro-active, persuasive and flexible attitude and cultural awareness

  • Advanced Excel and Access skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, knowledge of chinese is very welcome
