Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the management and monitoring of channel partners development actions by MPR tools.
  • Support the collection, analysis and reporting of sales data in alignment with annual sales targets.
  • Support partner enablement includes pre-sales and post-sales training organization, exam plan, etc.
  • Maintain Huawei systems portal to deal with daily applications/processes and provide business support.
  • Assist in the management and organization of important events and program in EU level.
  • Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders, agencies and key partners, and assist in their business development and collaboration efforts.
  • Prepare the meeting materials/reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Create monthly business report to management team.


  • Education background in Bachelor degree and above, major in business administration, economics, marketing or relevant.
  • Specific experience in renewable and ICT industries are preferred but not essential.
  • Basic knowledges of project operation, forecast and data analysis.
  • Good MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), etc. Video editing and photoshop could be a bonus.
  • Fluency in English, Chinese or other European language could be a bonus.
  • Stakeholder management, good communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit.
  • Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on attitude.
