Sales Engineer (m/f) - Beijing

Your tasks:


Key account development within territory:
  • Be able to develop and drive the targeted key account sales strategy, build up extensive full level knowledge of the customer including business partner in case when needed.
  • Develop direct customer access, key personnel contacts, and continually expand the customer base.
     
  • Leverage existing customer base 

  • Expand into new industries

Partner development (Distributors, other industry partners):

  • Develop extensive knowledge of the power supplier or automation products market in his/her territory – end users, applications, competitors and competitive products, market pricing, Sales rep, distribution channels, service practices, sales programs, etc…

  • Identify, design/develop new partners/distributor strategy within the territory

  • Train distributor/sales personnel to make right approach to customers by organizing our internal technical/marketing resource etc…

  • Coordinate distributor activities and interactions such as product demonstration, product application or test.

  • Develop an effective and successful distributor structure / network in the region

Sales tools and reporting:

  • Establish and maintain timely as well as high quality sales forecasting and use sales tools to report.

  • Compile and maintain point of sales as well as key project report for account and potential channel.

  • Provide market and trend report about channel development in assigned territory

Our requests:

  • Bachelor degree, majored in electrics or automation or related

  • Solid experience in development or maintain key direct account business with proven track record in power supply and/or automation industries

  • Good commercial skills in developing accounts

  • Teamwork and customer oriented

  • Be persuasive and has good ability of analytical thinking 

  • Performance-oriented

  • Willing to travel frequently 

  • Useful handling of information
