Tianma Europe GmbH in Duesseldorf, established July 1st, 2017, is the legal successor of TIANMA NLT Europe GmbH. The renaming has been done for all subsidiaries from Tianma Microelectronics on a worldwide base in order to strengthen the brand and position as a global display solution supplier.

Tianma Microelectronics has a subsidiary in Europe since 2004 already. Tianma Europe is 100% responsible for sales, marketing, quality and logistic support of Tianma’s LCDs in Europe. It provides a wide range of display solutions, including professional LCD TFTs, passive LCDs and capacitive touch displays. Combining world-class technology with Tianma’s state-of-the-art facilities, it offers high quality products to it’s customers in multiple markets including automotive, medical and industrial.

To reinforce our European Automotive team based in Duesseldorf we are looking for a highly motivated

 

Sales Coordinator Automotive (f/m/d)

 

As a valuable member of the Automotive team, you will support and strengthen our sales activities with your strong pronounced understanding of sales processes and profoundknowledge of customs regulations paired with a positive attitude and high engagement.

 

  JOB CONTENT

  • Order Management and Order Processing (Purchase & Sales), Creation of documents, Control& Tracking of delivery to customer, Backlog and Change Management

  • Delivery Plan coordination and implementation into ERP system

  • Stock management with Monitoring of stock levels

  • Customer service incl. Follow-up of customer inquiries and logistic escalations

  • Reporting and Assistance with the preparation and assembly of reports and presentations

  • Support and development of the business relationship

  • Close collaboration and support of our Sales Team with system related activities like CRM maintenance

  • Coordination of forecast, capacity & delivery results into high accuracy

  • Assessment and Implementation of new supply chain solutions 


  YOUR PROFILE
  • Commercial degree with logistic experience and profound custom knowledge

  • Good command of the English, French or German language

  • Excellent communication skills and confident phone manner

  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, familiar with ERP and CRM systems (Oracle and Microsoft dynamics)

  • Pro-active and flexible attitude

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Committed to customer satisfaction and needs-driven orientation

  • Intercultural awareness

  • Minimum 2 years` of experience as Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within the Automotive sector
