Sales Administrator

Your Tasks:

Offer Creation:

• Offer creation for national and international customers.
• Work closely with cross functions to finish quotation and all customer specific documents in time.
• Calculation of offers based on internal guidelines.
• Preparing, translating and archiving of customers’ inquiry, bidding documents and quotation related documents.
• Advice and support for T-departments during offer creation.

Assist in CRM maintenance and internal contract creation:

• Assistant in database maintenance of customer, project and sales information in CRM, support in generation of CRM reports.
• Creation of subcontract to parent company, other subsidiaries and third parties according to project budget plan.
• Assurance of the quality and correctness of subcontract content, amount and payment plan.
• Provide administrative support functions as needed.

Your Skills:

• Interest and sensitivity in intercultural cooperation.
• Strong service mentality as well as very good numerical understanding.
• Experienced handling of MS office package.
• Command of English skills in writing, reading and speaking; German language skill is preferred.
• High self-initiative, resilience and the ability to communicate purposefully.
