Summary

Masterflex is seeking an experienced and energetic Regional Sales Manager to join an organizationthat is leading a rapidly growing industry. Reporting to the Sales Director, the new Regional Sales Manager willhelp to establish and grow our asian distribution network and will be responsible for developing and executinga winning business strategy for Masterflex´s high-tech hoses in many various markets, such as the industrialmarket, machinery manufacturing, medical markets and many customized solutions and projects. The candidate will refine our business strategy for the channel business including the selection of key distributionpartners.

The ideal candidate will have: 3 - 5 years experience in developing a successful distribution networkwithin the industrial products space. In addition having experience in successfully managing a distributor salesnetwork is required.This role involves developing new and existing sales opportunities in Asia as well as driving end user sales in theindustrial market.

Core Responsibilities

− Achieve sales revenue and gross margin dollar plans
− Define and execute a winning strategic business plan for Masterflex´s channel business in Asia
− Individual sales contributor capable of closing high complex sales
− Help select and effectively manage a distributor sales network
− Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies
− Develop a clear understanding of competitors, their priorities and their competitive strengthsin the hightech hoses market

Required Experience / Skills:

− Demonstrated successful execution of sales of early market high technology products
− Bilingual (Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin)
− Demonstrated successful market development promoting new technologies and high end products
− Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skillsQualifications
− University degree desirable

Desired Experience / Skills:

− Successful track record in industrial product sales
− 3-5 years experience in sales and able to achieve sales targets and corporate objectives
− Sales experience with industrial high tech products

Travel Requirements: Requires 30%+ travel in Asia with occasional trips to Masterflex headquarters in Germany.
