The DICT Center - Europe Region is now actively seeking talented Project and Service Manager (m/f/x) base in Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area to join us. We look forward to working together and unlocking the boundless possibilities of the future of technology!

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for end-end customer service experience
  • Responsible for project delivery to customers, to guarantee deliver the projects in time and in budget
  • Engage post-sales stage for ICT Service and manage the customers when service get issue
  • Provide regular order implementation report for management review
  • Perform regular maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment, including but not limited to routers, switches, and/or transmission systems etc.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in networks, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of faults.
  • Conduct site surveys, install and commission new equipment based on project status and ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Work with various internal and CMI local companies in Europe Region for order activation and testing
  • Professional project management and regular update to customer about project status

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT & Telecom service delivery
  • Technical knowledge in IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, Cloud ,Storage etc.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent project management skills and communication skills
  • Self-motived team player with quick adaptation to dynamic environment
  • Fluent language skills in both English and Mandarin
  • ITIL or CCIE certificate and related certificates in networking technology is an advantage
