Program Manager

Your tasks

• self-dependent management of programs during the acquisition phase and potentially until start of production
• verification and securement of program targets regarding timing, cost, and quality according to automotive standards
• maintain program related internal and external communication
• control and report program status
• plan and steer multiple programs
• lead the global program team
• escalation management of critical topics

 Your profile

• technical university degree
• minimum of 5 years working experience as program manager in the automotive industry
• solid knowledge of quality management, incl. methods such as APQP, PPAP and FMEA
• analytical and service oriented working style, strong communication skills
• fluent Chinese language skills (mandatory!), good English communication skills, German language skills are a plus
• ability and willingness to travel
