Product Manager (full-time)

SinaLingua is a company specialising in intercultural management located in Heidelberg, Germany and a sister company located in Shanghai, China and partners worldwide. The Global Youth Education department in SinaLingua Shanghai focuses on cross-cultural training based on an advanced pedagogical philosophy developed over 20 years’ experience. Students from grades 1-12 gain knowledge and important skills whilst upholding respect and an appreciation of Chinese culture. Our department has long-term collaborations with public and private schools as well as other organisations in Shanghai.

Product Manager (full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Develop curriculum, including lessons and projects, for all year levels (grades 1-12)
• Participate in and the possibility to lead the process of the preparation, development and revision of the curriculum and product
• Create content that revolves around cross-cultural competence and awareness, soft skills and social and environmental sustainability
• Design active lessons with engaging activities
• Design materials including PPTs, lesson plans and other supporting materials in English, occasionally in Chinese
• Deliver internal and external teacher training on curriculum and product
• Complete other tasks as assigned and support other team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred field in social science, intercultural communication and/or education
• 5+ years’ experience in the field of education and familiarity with Chinese education industry
